"Kay was the rep I talked with, her energy was great. She answered every question I had without hesitation. Kay made the process so easy. Thank you , I didn't even want to go for a second quote. Kay saved me a $170.00 on a six month policy, i had already considered to be low . In the best part is, I'm continuing the the same coverage.. if you just wanna check and get a quote to see if you can get your insurance a bit cheaper, give Kay a call, you won't regret it!!!"

"Carolina has had to handle frnearly back to back cases involving 2 separate claims for my car. One was handled by State Farm and the other was made against USAA. She handled the State Farm claim quickly and easily and 3 weeks later the second claim happened where the USAA driver was found at fault. Carolina clearly explained how USAA would contact me (which they did) and that USAA would handle that claim the rest of the way (which they are doing as I write this). And thirdly, I discovered that State Farm themselves had mistakenly not updated the Apt. # on my home address which changed 3 years ago. It was during a time when State Farm kept changing the agent who was assigned to me. But one phone call to Carolina and she changed that info on all 3 of my policies with State Farm. She is friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. I give her 5 stars for everything she has done just in the last 4 to 5 weeks alone!"

"DO NOT USE THIS AGENT! Office is inept, never has answers when needed. They just took our money and never advocated for us with State Farm"

We always aim to take care of our customers, but there are times when the matter falls outside what we can responsibly handle and the risk becomes too high no matter how many times at bat we go for you.
